We made this on flat bread we bought at the store. It would be a lot easier to eat if you just cut up the mushrooms and spread the sausage around...but it's cuter this way. :)
Somewhat of a recipe....
Flat Bread
Cream sauce (butter/flour mixed together, add some milk, stir til it thickens)
Stuffed mushrooms (sautee sausage, onion, garlic, stuff in mushrooms with olive oil on them and bread crumbs and cheese, bake til they look done...10-15 min maybe)
Mozzarella (I used the ball of mozzarella for the first time and I liked it!)
Parsley (I don't really care either way about the parsley, but it looks pretty and I had some so I used it.)
Bake til it's melted and crispy.
