When I left for work on Thursday...
24 hours later and 10 in of snow...
We had school yesterday, but not today! So that makes a four day weekend since we have Monday off for President's Day. Yesterday, it was so pretty watching the snow fall. I rolled up the blinds in my classroom yesterday on my two huge windows so we could watch the snow. There were huge snow flakes and it was pretty heavy. It really didn't stop snowing all day long. The roads weren't too bad on the way home...until I got to our driveway. Brett had gone up in his car fine about an hour before, but my car didn't like it at all. I ended up parking on the street after sliding around a lot.
Hazel keeps wanting to go outside and play in the snow. I'm considering moving north so we don't have to walk her every day. We'll just let her attack the snow everyday in the backyard. :)
Wow! That's so cool. I love the pics. But don't move up north just so you don't have to walk Hazel. All the energy you save not walking her will be spent shoveling snow instead. And if saving energy is the goal, you might just end up getting fat. See... south is much better. Maybe you should considering moving further south... like Houston. We'll be back eventually :)
